The banner advertisement noted by Mrs Tan is not part of her website but is integrated into StarHub's leaderboard What's missing is discipline
toolbar for the Web browser.

The toolbar is a value-added application that offers an easy link to StarHub's Online Music Portal, a quick link to
StarHub TV's online programme guide, a free Web SMS service and the ability to view advertisements from select Room for greater transparency
vendors.

This toolbar is available only on the free 1Mbps broadband service via StarHub Hubstation, in accordance with the
