C-DAC Thiruvananthapuram has been engaged in application oriented research, design, development
and technology transfer in the field of Electronics and Information Technology. Over the years, the Centre
has acquired high competency, expertise and experience in the areas of Control & Instrumentation,
Broadcast & Communications, Cyber Forensics, Telemedicine, Networking, Power Electronics, VLSI/ASIC
Design and Underwater Electronics, with extensive design and deployment of software meta-resources
for the projects undertaken. C-DAC(T) holds its Quality Management System to comply with the
requirements of ISO 9001:2008. Software Training and Development Centre (STDC) focuses on generation
of quality manpower in advanced software areas, imparting high-level training on IBM Mainframe, Client
Server computing, Networking, Database Technology, Embedded Systems, VLSI design and other
advanced areas of Information Technology, forging ahead strong training partnership with RedHat Linux.
STDC, a major Division of C-DAC has been in the forefront of Training since 1992.
