The Publisher is not liable for damages
resulting from entire ommission of an adver-
tisement or any portion thereof.
Credit adjustments are limited to the value
of paid space by the advertiser. A claim for
any allowance in the event of an error must
be made within ten (10) days after the erro-
neous or omitted insertion. Credit is allow-
able only for the first day of publication . If
an advertiser kills an ad on the day of
clearing, advertiser may be subject to a
25% cancellation fee based on cost of the
ad. Advertiser may also be charged $50
per hour for production of the ad.
Payment terms for advertising are as fol-
lows: New balance is due and payable by
the 20th of the following month. Finance
charges of 1-1/2% per month (18%APR) will
be applied to the new balance if unpaid
within two months from the closing date of
the statement.
