I graduated from NAU with a bachelor’s degree in business

tenacious and dependable individual. I specialize in innovation and

Job description
Human Resources Generalist (Hospitality)

Titan Hotel Group

Harrisburg, PA

The primary responsibility of the Human Resource Generalist is to administer and provide guidance to
management on the Company policies and programs. This includes employee relations, benefits and
compensation, learning and development, recruiting and employee engagement.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

 Administer company policies as detailed by company handbook ensuring consistency

 Manage the hiring process including attracting and selecting candidates, perform background
checks, verify employee files including I-9 verification

 Implement employee training and development programs

 Process all benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, etc. This includes assistance with
enrollments, changes, and payroll deductions

 Work with ADP to assist managers with payroll issues and completing payroll

 Maintain records of all employee PTO utilization and balances through ADP system.

 Prepare audits of payroll and benefit accounts, and other accounts as directed

 Maintain confidential employee files

 Administer all corporate, local, state, and federal personnel forms including new hire paperwork,
terminations, workers compensation, unemployment claims etc.

 Support all employees in resolving issues and disciplinary action, up to and including termination

 Perform all activities necessary to close out a calendar year and fiscal year, including but not
limited to preparation of all applicable reports in payroll system and generation of W-2’s

 Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

 Human Resources: 2-5 years (Preferred)


 Payroll and benefit administration: 2-5 years (Preferred)

 Human Resources certifications a plus (PHR, SPHR, SHRM, etc.)

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills

 Strong negotiating and problem solving skills required

 ADP Workforce Now experience a plus

 Computer skills, ability to create document and reports
