It gives me immense pleasure to inform that we are organizing the conference on the aforementioned topic.
CONFERENCE
ADVISOR With the emergence of increased focus on achieving satisfaction and delight from customers and employees
across all sectors it becomes imperative to delve deep into what constitutes the satisfaction with a holistic approach
viewing customers first as a unique individual, social entity who is a part of the larger community or a nation than
just a unit in the market place. While quantitative indicators such GDP measure nation’s development, the

of Institutions progress. Thus, the discussion on wellbeing and happiness and the role of management education becomes
pertinent from the perspective of both research and practice. Hence, this conference would provide a platform to
