referred to in Article 15 of General Conditions of the CONTRACT with the exception of the

COMPANY’S agreement that the WORK (or part of the WORK) conforms to the requirements of the
CONTRACT and shall be without prejudice to those rights, liabilities and obligations of the PARTIES which
expressly or by their nature survive the issuance of this PROVISIONAL ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE
including, without limitation, CONTRACTOR’s obligations under Article 8 “DEFECTS LIABILITY” of the
CONTRACT.
