Move your right arm along the right side of

Your opponent is in the mountposition.


your opponents head.

And then slide your right arm underneath


Grab your opponents neck.
your opponents arm.

at the same time place your right foot under


And grab hold of your own wrist.
your opponents left leg, for extra leverage.

You are now in the mount position.


You then rotate to your left side, By stretching your back at this point
keeping hold of your own wrist. and pushing your hips down, you can
put some pressure on you opponents neck.
