Barclays Operational Executive Programme. For both programmes, successful applicants will need to have completed an MBA from
a top Business School, have significant work experience prior to the programme including international experience and be fluent in

How to Apply MBAs are recruited into an International Management role. To be considered, applicants must speak English and at least one other
language fluently but an aptitude for languages is also essential as successful participants will need to be able to speak a third

development programme for MBAs which is a fast track to senior risk leadership. Roles are based in the US, Hong Kong and the
UK. Candidates do not need a financial background but must have substantial business experience and an MBA.
