 Quality Process Handling as well as Documentation. Like Weekly Status Report,
Software Test Plan etc.

Project Description – This project belongs to internet Advertising domain. It is a

web based application. The Campaign preview gives an idea of how an email will
look like in any desktop and Web mail client Campaign preview generates an image
 and also generates a report where it will list all the spam worlds. Also it checks the
Hyperlinks within an email. As per the result we can rearrange an email accordingly

My Role involved –
 Test case creation and update on regular interval
 Test case execution
 Communication with Client.
 Prepare / review the software test plan.
 Check/ review the test cases documents – System, Integration, and user
acceptance prepaid by the QA Engineer
 Issue escalation through the proper channel
 Organize the meetings.
 Prepare the agenda for the meeting for example: Weekly team meeting etc.
 Track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, Test case
coverage defect discovered and their status etc.
 Document, Implement, monitor and enforce all processes and procedures for
testing is established as per organization standards.

trough the email, chat etc.It based on 3 tier architecture. The enhancement to this
product is “Cobrowse” where the Agent and the Customer can have the live session
on chat with Page push from both the end.
