FIME GROUP Range Program

FIME Group, LLC (FIME Group) Range Program. As part of the Agreement, FIME Group will provide eligible dealers
with factory firearms for use with our FIME Group Range Program at a reduced cost, for display and rental on dealer’s
range.

Consideration for participation in the Range Program requires the Dealer/FFL Holder to agree to the following
information:

1. Dealer must have a valid Federal Firearms License. Dealer must have an active range (indoor or outdoor)
connected to location listed on the FFL and must be open to the public during normal business hours. Photos of
range (inside and outside) required.
2. Dealer must receive approval from FIME Group at its sole discretion, that the dealer’s place of business meets
the requirements of the FIME Group Range Program.
3. FIME Group reserves the right to change any terms of this Program at any time, or cancel this Program at any
time.
4. Dealer agrees that the program is effective for a 12 month period from the date of approval. The FIME Group
Range Gun(s) are to actively remain in the dealer’s rental program during this time. Once the 12 month period
ends the dealer has the option to sell the range guns as a used item.
5. The dealer agrees that once the 12 month period has expired they may re-apply for the program to continue. If
any range firearm is sold prior to such predetermined time as decided by FIME Group, it is considered a violation
and will result in dealer’s immediate disqualification from the FIME Group Range Program
6. FIME Group and/or Factory Reps may conduct random periodic inspections of the FIME Group Range Guns
purchased through the FIME Group Range Program.
7. FIME Group will keep the range firearms under its standard warranty program for the duration of the 12 month
agreement.
8. Dealer agrees to order no more than a maximum of 5 firearms for the range – all in stock configuration.
9. No more than two (2) of any individual handgun, shotgun, or rifle SKU may be ordered for the FIME Group
Range Program without prior authorization directly from FIME Group as long as it remains qualified to
participate in the FIME Group Range Program.
10. Dealer agrees to maintain a reasonable inventory of FIME Group products to support the sale of firearms in use
on the Range Program.
11. Dealer/Range agrees it will only use ammunition that is NEW (per SAAMI specifications) in product supplied as
part of the FIME Group Range Program – no reloads or remanufactured ammunition. Violation this standard
may void the FIME Group standard warranty and subject dealer to replacement at full MSRP.
12. Dealer agrees to promote range and firearm safety standards at all times including the requirement for eye and
ear protection at all times.
13. Payment terms: check, money order, or ACH.
14. Dealer agrees that failure to pay for products purchased under the FIME Group Range Program, the jurisdiction
for any action taken by FIME Group, LLC will be in Clark County, NV.
15. Dealer agrees that these terms do not constitute an exclusive partnership with FIME Group and the dealer will
retain sole responsibility for the safe and proper use of the firearms provided for the FIME Group Range
Program.
16. By executing this Agreement the dealer acknowledges and understands all of the terms and conditions
mentioned above, and seeks participation in the FIME Group Range Program. Dealer also agrees and
acknowledges that failure to comply with the terms and conditions listed above may result in its disqualification
from participation in the FIME Group Range Program, as determined at FIME Group’s sole discretion.
17. Dealer further agrees to and acknowledges that the signer of this Agreement is a duly authorized
representative capable of binding dealer to the terms and conditions of the FIME Group Range Program.

Dealer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FIME Group and any of its employees from any and all fault, liabilities,
costs, expenses, claims, demands or lawsuits imposed on the Dealer for any violations of the law, or losses, costs,
damages or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or from any accident or other occurrence on dealer’s
premises (including, but not limited to its retail establishment or range), causing injury to any person or property. Dealer
will protect, indemnify and hold harmless FIME Group and any of its employees from any and all claims against and from
any and all losses, costs, damages, expenses (including attorneys’ fees), or other costs or expenses incurred in connection
with any such claim, demand or lawsuit, including attorney's fees arising out of dealer’s failure to comply with or perform
all requirements set forth as part of the FIME Group Range Program.
