Summary of Comments:
Customers appreciate that Shlomo’s carries both fish and
meat products (of good quality, too). The establishment’s staff
is seen as friendly and relatively helpful. Shlomo’s delivery
service is seen as a definite plus. Apparently, delivery allows
customers to avoid the store itself which survey participants
report as dirty and where service is slow (e.g., orders are not
ready on time).

Summary of Comments:
Overall, customers appear to enjoy their experience at
Accents. Written comments include good remarks about menu
selection, quality of food, and service. Regarding service, the
quality appears to vary: many people said good, while others
noted OK, and others had negative experiences. Customers
focus on one particular negative aspect of this establishment –
the system for ordering and waiting for food. Customer flow
feels disorganized and unmanaged. Patrons are not allowed to
order deli on the “main line” at certain times. Take out and sit-
down have the same counter and therefore the same wait.
Having wait staff take orders from seated customers would be
an improvement. Speed of service could be improved as well.

location this year, Goldberg’s Bagels may remedy many common

Customers also have observed that not all staff is properly trained in

customers. Finally, consumers also request that Goldberg’s consider
