GOPAC Promotes Caroline Wren to Associate Director of Major Donor Programs

Washington, DC (December 15, 2010) – GOPAC today announced Caroline Wren’s promotion to Associate
Director of Major Donor Programs. Ms. Wren’s new role will begin effective immediately.

“We are excited about the potential Caroline brings to our organization as Associate Director of Major
Donor Programs. Her knowledge, experience and skills will be a big asset for our major donor fundraising
program. This expanded role is due to the exceptional work and results she has produced to help GOPAC
educate and elect the next generation of Republican leaders,” said David Avella, GOPAC Executive
Director.

Ms. Wren’s new role as GOPAC Associate Director of Major Donor Programs is to build membership and
cultivate major donors. She will communicate with current donors, plan events and handle donor data
management and analysis.

Caroline Wren stated, "I am very passionate about GOPAC's mission of electing Republicans to State and
Local offices. As Associate Director of the Major Donors program I look forward to furthering our
fundraising success. We have set very ambitious goals that I’m sure I can help reach.”

Caroline Wren’s political experience includes campaigns on the presidential, gubernatorial, congressional
and local levels. She previously worked for Alabama Congressman Mike Rogers and Florida
Congresswoman Ginny Browne-Waite. Additionally, Ms. Wren was one of the youngest paid staff members
on the McCain-Palin campaign acting as Deputy Director of Accounts Receivable. Ms. Wren has also
worked in Governor Bob Riley’s policy office as well as Alabama gubernatorial candidate Bradley Byrne’s
campaign.

Caroline Wren was the Chairman of the Auburn University College Republicans as well as the Executive
Director of the College Republican Federation of Alabama. Other political involvement included being a
Club 100 member with the Young Americas Foundation and a member of the Student Government’s Lobby
Board.

Ms. Wren earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Political Science from Auburn
University in Auburn, AL.
