A Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers S.A. (“Iguatemi” ou “Companhia”) [B3: IGTA3] comunica aos seus acionistas, ao mercado em geral e aos demais interessados, o retorno de Ribeirão Preto para a Fase 3 (amarela) do Plano de SP e consequente retomada da operação do Shopping Center Iguatemi Ribeirão Preto a partir deste sábado, dia 8 de agosto, de segunda a sábado e em horário reduzido, das 12h às 20h, com capacidade reduzida de 40%. A decisão foi tomada baseada conforme 10º Balanço do Governo Estadual de São Paulo e Decreto Municipal no 189 publicado no Diário Oficial no dia 07/08/2020.
Assim, todas as operações estão autorizadas e devem funcionar, inclusive os restaurantes, bares e similares, salões de beleza, serviços de beleza e estéticos, academia e a praça de alimentação, respeitando os devidos protocolos sanitários e de distanciamento. Excetuam-se apenas as operações de lazer, entretenimento e recreação infantil.
Essa medida é tomada com o máximo de cuidado e responsabilidade visando o bem-estar de todos. Há diversas ações de proteção e segurança, como o reforço das rotinas de limpeza, álcool em gel à disposição, áreas de alimentação intensamente higienizadas e com distanciamento mínimo de 2 metros entre as mesas, e equipes treinadas para oferecer todo o suporte necessário aos nossos clientes.
Estamos atentos a potenciais novas determinações e recomendações do Poder Público e realizaremos as
devidas alterações nas medidas mencionadas acima caso necessário.

MATERIAL FACT
Iguatemi Empresa de Shopping Centers S.A. (“Iguatemi” or “Company”) [B3: IGTA3] hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general the return of Ribeirão Preto to Phase 3 (yellow) of the São Paulo Plan and the consequent resumption of Shopping Iguatemi Ribeirão Preto operation from this Saturday, August 8, from Monday to Saturday and at reduced hours, from 12 pm to 8 pm, with a reduced capacity of 40%. The decision was made based on the 10th Balance of São Paulo State Government and Municipal Decree 189 published in the Official Gazette on 08/07/2020.
Thus, all operations are authorized and must operate, including restaurants, bars, beauty salons, beauty and aesthetic services, gym and food court, respecting the proper sanitation and distancing protocols. Only leisure, entertainment and children's recreation operations are excepted.
This measure is taken with the utmost care and responsibility for the well-being of all. There are several protection and safety actions, such as the reinforcement of cleaning routines, alcohol gel available, intensely hygienic eating areas with a minimum distance of 2 meters between tables, and teams trained to offer all the necessary support to our customers.
We are attentive to potential new determinations and recommendations of the Public Power and we will make the necessary changes in the measures mentioned above if necessary.
