4. *Approval of Articles of Incorporation Amendments sent to members in Annual Meeting Letter and at
website.
5. Procedure for the elections of the Board of Directors and the Architectural Control
Committee (ACC) Members: Every person who is the owner of a lot is a member of our
Association. In no case can more than one vote be cast with respect to any lot or living
unit. People who have put their names forward for the Board are: Julie Ewing, Merle
Breiland, Ruel Lindenau, and Ed Skarnulis
