costs, the price you see on the tariff is the final price you pay. In
addition we are very guest friendly. For your and our safety we
have CCTV and security staff, when having a guest visiting they
will have to provide there ID to the reception, unless you sign a

In Central Thailand: Pattaya occupies an area
of 208.1 sq. km. that is divided into 53.44 sq. km.
of land and 154.66 sq. km. of islands and sea. Its
coastline is 15 km. long.
Topography: Pattaya has a plain on the coast
with some high mountains on its south. The area on the east slopes
down toward the sea on the west.
Population: The total population is 93,829 (end 2004) with 44,602 males
and 49,227 females. They consist of Thai-Buddhist, 80%; Muslim, 16%;
Christian, 2%; and others, 2%.

During the rainy season, it may rain for only an hour or less each day, usually in
the late afternoon. Yes, the downpours are drenching, but they are short lived

sport trips for the more adventurous.
We all strive to provide you with the best service avail-
able throughout your stay.
We have two full time janitors employed so if for any
reason a problem should occur it will be if possible
rectified in a matter of minutes. In addition we have our
own water trucks and industrial laundry.

The Jasmine plant “Peep Thong” is endemic of Thailand is very rare. The flowers
are extremely fragrant, the scent resembles roses, juicy fruit, candies, fine cologne
all together and can be smelled from many yards away. With its beautiful canopy,
the tree symbolizes simplicity, endurance, advancement, and peacefulness.
Extract from these flowers is used in village pharmacy as relaxant and aphrodisiac.
