COMPREHENSIVE ADMISSIONS CONSULTING SERVICE: QUALITY & FLEXIBILITY
I work with a limited number of clients each year in order to maintain the high quality of my service. I
believe that an initial consultation is the best way to determine whether there is a good fit between us. After our
initial consultation, if I agree to work with you, I will be committed to assist you until you gain admission.
I have very customer-friendly rules:
-Clients should pay only for what they need and for the time that something actually takes to be done. I provide
my clients with an MS Excel worksheet so that they know exactly how much time was spent.
-Fast document review turnover: If I donʼt get you something when I promise to, you will not be charged for it.
My typical turnaround time is 24 hours or less.
-Easy session scheduling: No cancellation penalties for last minute cancellations of telephone/Skype sessions.
No cancellation penalty for face-to-face meetings if made up to 1 hour before the start time.
-Skype/telephone, email, and document review sessions can be as short as 6 minutes (my minimum charge).
- Availability: I am available Sunday through Friday from 11:00 to 24:00. Face-to-face sessions are typically
available from 11:00 to 22:00. I am also available 7 days a week between mid-November and mid-January. I
meet my clients at the lounge café in the Royal Park Hotel in Nihonbashi (I pay for all beverages). I am also
available by Skype and telephone. I live in Chou-ku, Tokyo and I am available for counseling between July and
April. I take long vacations and have limited availability in May and June.

proposal (見積書) and an invoice (請求書) or follow whatever procedures your company uses.

from the date of purchase. See http://adammarkus.com/services.html regarding full terms and conditions.
