1.c x  c  all nations to raise unbiased awareness about this situation
through means such as, but not limited to:
a.c Newspapers,
b.c Television,
c.c Radio,
d.c Flyers,
e.c Education;
2.c x  c all member nations to remain actively seized on the matter;
3.c xc
  all nations to enforce a law to make sure that the oil companies
within their countries provide better training for their workers so as to:
a.c Solve the problem now
b.c Not wait until future oil-spills to again discuss what can be done to combat oil-
spills;
4.c xV     
  c  
 the creation of an
alliance designed to tackle this issue immediately before it spreads out of control;
5.c x  V         
   c  that the three main
powers of UK, USA and China (with support from others) will be responsible for clearing
up the entire oil spill noting that:
a.c Said countries will not be responsible for any damage made to the environment
or economic losses by any other nations involved;
6.c xV     
  c
  implementation of
Clause 1, to raise public awareness of the crisis, and in addition make public the actions
of aid from this allegiance including:
a.c The fact of the UK taking responsibility for a company partially owned by its
nation, where the Netherlands will not,
b.c China wishing to show the world that it takes an interest in environmental
matters and is wishing to improve relations with the USA,
c.c The USA¶s valuable experience in dealing with an oil spill (due to BP¶s spill in the
Gulf of Mexico).
