2. VAT: The current rate of VAT in Haryana is 12.5% for Tyres, Tubes and Flaps. Any other
levies/duties/taxes etc. if applicable will be extra charged.
3. Delivery : FOR Karnal.
4. Validity : 30 Days from the date of your offer.
Other terms and conditions as per our COMMERCIAL BID (Ref No. Yograj Infra/10/09 dt:
15.10.2009). No other terms and conditions acceptable to us.

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to quote our prices based on the following terms and conditions.

1. Price : The NBP is inclusive of ED currently applicable. Any revision either upward or
downward of taxes/duties/levies will be to your account. Price ruling on the date of
despatch shall be applicable.
2. VAT: The current rate of VAT in Haryana is 12.5% for Tyres, Tubes and Flaps. Any
other levies/duties/taxes etc. if applicable will be extra charged.
3. Delivery : FOR Karnal
4. Validity : 30 Days from the date of our offer.
5. Payment : 100% against delivery. On receipt of supply order we will issue Proforma
Invoice to enable you to make payment.
6. Delivery : Delivery will be effected within 8-10 weeks of receipt of technically and
commercially clear order.
7. Despatch : F.O.R. Karnal

8 LD Clause : Delivery commitments have been made in good faith and all efforts shall be
made to effect supplies as per the delivery commitments made by us. However, we
regret our inability to accept your liquidated damages/ penalty/risk purchase and other
penal clauses in the event of delay in supply.

9 Guarantee/Warranty : Since the life of tyres depends upon various parameters such as
terrain, load, speed, inflation pressures, all road gradients, driving habits, vehicle
maintenance etc. we are unable to accept any guarantee with regard life of tyres.

However, all our tyres are warranted to be free from defects due to workmanship and or
material. In case of any complaint, the tyres will be subjected to a thorough inspection by our
competent personnel and if found to have failed due to manufacturing defects we will offer
replacement, on pro-rata basis based on the tread depth remaining on the tyres.

NO OTHER TERMS ACCEPTABLE TO US.
