HR Executive
(Selangor - Batu Tiga, Shah Alam)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in administrating, coordinating and implementing the Payroll function. Assist
HR manager in any ad-hoc HR related tasks, projects & issues.

Payroll Administration at group level


• Responsible in preparing the monthly payroll which includes monthly salary processing and
submission of statutory contributions on time and accurate
Payroll Reporting
• Prepare Monthly Payroll Budget summary report, inter-company charging report and staff
listing report to Finance Department & Project Management Office
• Yearly Statutory Report & Survey (Borang E, EA Form, MDEC Survey)
Administration
• Update HR database Main File (excel) for new staff, resign staff, Confirmation, promotion &
etc.
• Ensuring proper maintenance of staff personnel files and statutory filing
• Update all staff personal information into personal file & HR system
• Prepare letter (confirmation letter, Staff increment letter, Visa application, Staff verification
letter. promotion letter)
Claim Processing
• Collect complete approved Reimbursement Form
• Staff claim checking (according to policy, date of claim, supporting document)
• Claim reporting (Claim summary report (payroll), Claim tracking record for medical,
Broadband &mobile.
• Claim correct & processing
• Inform staff on the amendment of the submitted claim
Leave Administration
• As E-Leave Administrator & super account.
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in HRM or Business Administration with at least 1-2 years working
experiences in the corporate environment.
• Knowledge in computerized payroll systems.
• Above average MS Office & Excel knowledge.
• Good knowledge in statutory requirements and Employment Law in Malaysia & in Asia Pacific
region.
• Good in spoken and written English, Mandarin & BM.
• A mature, trustworthy, self-starter and reliable individual with personal integrity and possess
strong administrative skills.
• A careful and detailed oriented person.
• Preferably female.
• Fresh Graduates with Human Resource background are encouraged to apply.
