125,000 registered voters shall have 1 early voting center. A county with more than 125,000 registered voters but less than 200,000 registered voters
shall have 3 early voting centers. A county with more than 200,000 registered voters but less than 300,000 registered voters shall have 4 early voting
centers. A county with more than 300,000 registered voters but less than 450,000 registered voters shall have 7 early voting centers. A county with
more than 450,000 registered voters shall have 11 early voting centers.
3 In addition to the early voting centers required by Election Law Article, §10-301.1(b), each county may establish 1 additional early voting center if the
State Board, in collaboration with the local board, and the governing body of the county agree to establish an additional early voting center. (Refer to
