3. Use "#" if any field is to be entered on the form but not available on
the scanned form.
4. If any alphabet on the form is unclear for a field then enter "#" for
the whole field.
Comment: what is document type and how many types are there?
And if document type and site id is also invisible then what should
we do?
7. In case of the company name, enter it to the "First Name" field and
remaining "Mid Name" and "Last Name" are filled with "#"
8. If the company name is written with (C/o or ATTN :) then writing the
company name is enough. No need to write the persons name in
"c/o or ATTN"
9. While typing "Directions" and "Descriptions of Work" in "Contract
Breakdown" & "Work Order" form.
Separate each direction with (" ") or (.). But in case of single
direction, type as it is.
11. If the form has more than one name separated by '/', 'and' or'&'
then enter the first name(s) in relevant field separating by '/' and do
the same for middle and last name.
13. Give priorities to the printed marks rather than the hand written
ones but if the printed ones are edited with the hand written ones
then enter those data.
17. If the single image contains more than one form then the entry of
the top form is done.
