We give you a daily report and time sheet for the number of

Designed more than 200 process equipments like reactors, tanks, heat exchangers, FFE,
pumps, high vacuum distillation etc..
Utility design & calculations for Boilers, cooling towers, Chilling Plants.
Pipe sizing, routing & isometric of more than 10,000 Mtr of Process & Utility Piping.
Specialty Molecule Project:
Complete turn-key project (inclusive of Process know-how) for specialty molecule. Total
cost of Project is 200,000 USD.
Covered all aspect of process & project management from concept till commissioning and
commercialized production.
Plant commissioned and streamlined in only 1 year time.
Pharma Intermediate Project:
Complete Project of pharma Intermediate. Total cost of Project is 100,000 USD.
This hydrogenation project was challenge because of high temperature & Pressure
involved. Designed system for 40 Bar Pressure reaction. Temperature at 150 Deg C.
Successfully designed & commissioned the complete project.
