RULES FOR PUBLIC SAFETY
IT CAN HAPPEN HERE .. . Despite all of our
military defenses, it is quite possible : 1
to reach the Indianapolis Metropolitan Area and
drop an H Bomb. The only logical defense against
such an event is EVACUATION of the area if time

It is estimated, for total safety, that we should be
twenty (20) miles away from the spot where such
a bomb is exploded.
