UNIT 3 FINAL PROJECT- WORTH 100 ASSESSMENT POINTS!

DIRECTIONS FOR ROUGH DRAFT:

Now you may independently write your rough draft for your waterfall booklet project. If you get stuck on
something, refer to your writing workshop page that we completed in class together. If you cannot find the
answer there, take the following steps:
1. ask classmates around you in a low voice
2. check Unit 3 notes from your own Spanish binder
3. find an Avancemos book either below your desk or in the shelf on the side of the classroom. Look in
the Table of Contents (in the front of the book) or in the index (in the back of the book) to see which
page you can turn to for help.
4. If you have completed steps 1-3, and still are not sure of the answer, raise your hand to get the
attention of Señorita Ramírez.

DIRECTIONS FOR FINAL COPY:

1. Peer edit your rough draft.
2. Bring your rough draft to Señorita Ramirez so that she can check it over and give you the paper for a
final copy.
3. Label your pages as you see the pages are titled below.
4. Copy the paragraphs from your rough draft onto your final copy.
5. Draw pictures to represent what is happening on each page of your waterfall book. If you do not care
to draw, you may print pictures from a computer/ from the internet to place in your book. However,
we will not have access to computers during work time and Señorita Ramírez will not provide
scissors or glue. You must do this on your own time.
6. The final project is due ______________________ and will be presented in class.
7. This project is worth 100 test points. If you do not turn it in, it is mathematically impossible to
get higher than a D for the whole 3rd quarter!

PROJECT TIMELINE:
