That I, APOLINARIA PANAGA-DE TULIAO, of legal age, Filipino, of legal age, Filipino,
married, and a resident of Malibabag, Penablanca, Cagayan, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law do hereby depose and say:

That I am the surviving heir of the late PERFECTA PANAGA married to HONORATO
GALAN, the owner of a parcel of Lot No. 2-A, with an area of 71.50 square meters, more or less, and
covered by TCT NO. T-116969, located at Balzain, Tuguegarao City;

That I HEREBY CANELL the said ADVERSE CLAIM at the back of the said title since I will sell
the said lot to any interested buyer/s whatsoever;

That I am requesting the Register of Deeds Office to cause the cancellation of the said
adverse claim at the back of the said title no. T-116969;

That this is executed by me in good faith.

Philippine Currency, receipt whereof in full is hereby acknowledged, hereby sell, cede, transfer and
convey unto NELIA DALUPANG MARAYAG, married to ROBERTO LIMBAUAN MARAYAG, of legal ages,
Filipino Citizens, and residents of Balzain, Tuguegarao City, their heirs and assigns, a registered land,
described above;

That this is free from all liens and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever;

That this lot is not tenanted; that possible redemptioners were duly notified of this sale
in compliance with the Civil Code of the Philippines.

resident of Malibabag, Penablanca, Cagayan, RECEIVED the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(P100,000.00), Philippine Currency, from MRS. NELIA DALUPANG MARAYAG, of legal age, Filipino, married,
and a resident of Balzain, Tuguegarao City, as partial payment of Lot No. 2-A-B, with an area of 143 square
meters, more or less, and covered by TCT NO. T-116970, located at Balzain, Tuguegarao City, and the
balance in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.00), Philippine Currency, shall be paid upon
handling the title in favor of the VENDEE. That we agreed unto the VENDEE that she will shoulder all the
expenses, and to petition the said title and in case there is court litigation, then I will be the one to shoulder
for all the expenses whatsoever without bothering the VENDEE .
