Responsible for All the business development activities including Channel Selection, Channel
Audit and Channel Management for the new brand JANUVIA.
Responsible for customer relationship management and for conducting event planning and
promotional activities like quality circle discussions, arranging conferences etc.
Achieved a monthly sale of INR 1 Lakh/ month in the launch phase itself (July).
Received the best Sales and medical detailing award and the title for best customer query
handling.

PROJECTS
1) Dabur India Ltd – The focus of the project was at understanding and analyzing the Rural
distribution network and the integration of all the elements of supply chain network.

Projects 2) More Mineral Water – The Project was done to gauge the consumer response to the brand
name. To suggest slogan and logos and other branding activities as per the market feedback
and consumer response.
1) HR Branding- The project will be an end term project and will focus on developing a
regression model between the internal branding initiatives taken by the HR department & the
response of existing employees of an organization.
Academic / 3) Store satisfaction and loyalty- The objective was to assess the relevant precedents and
Research antecedents of retail store satisfaction and loyalty in an empirical manner.
Papers
4) HR Products – The study was conducted to see the adoption styles of HR of India with
respect to the Rodger’s Adoption Style Model of marketing. The paper got published in the
international journal of Sheffield Hallam University, UK.
