The COUlt having entered an Order to Show Cause Oll December 20, 20 I 0, directing the

six foreclosure plaintiffs identified in the order to respond to the Ordel to Show Cause and

establishing a schedule for the filing ofpapel"s, and appointing Edwald Dauber, EsquHe,

Greenberg, Dauber, Epstein & Tucker, as counsel to support the proposed tellef outlIned in the

Order to Show Cause; and the foreclosule plaintiffs having filed theil opposItions to the lelief

sought in the Order to Show Cause on lanuary 5, 2011; and Mr. Dauber having lequested and

received an extension of time to respond to the opPOSitions, and the COUlt having establIshed a

new scheduling ol'der; and Mr. Dauber having requested a furthel extension of time by

correspondence dated January 26, 20 II, to allow the parties additIonal time to continue efforts to

negotiate a consent order regarding the relief sought in the Older to Show Cause, and the

foreclosure plaintiffs having consented to the extension of time; and tOl good cause shown:
