El curso de inglés 1 le permitirá al aprendiz adquirir un vocabulario básico

y conocer algunas estructuras de gramática. Así mismo, le permitirá
aproximarse a textos y diálogos en contexto.

Es por esta razón, que el desarrollo de las actividades de enseñanza -

aprendizaje propuestas en esta guía de aprendizaje, le permitirá al
aprendiz:

Saludar y presentarse, comunicar información básica sobre sí mismo y su ambiente, tales

como su edad, nacionalidad, ocupación familia y mascotas.

Moreover, English is the international language of diplomacy, business, science, technology, banking,
computing, medicine, aviation, engineering and tourism.
English has plenty of words to choose from. In fact, an English speaker is offered the biggest vocabulary of any
language with a choice of 500,000 to 1,000,000 words (including technical and scientific terms).
But don’t panic, most English speakers do very well with a vocabulary of around 20,000 words.

El verbo TO BE, que en castellano se traduce como SER o ESTAR, en el idioma inglés goza de una particular importancia.
Su significado depende del sentido de la oración. Por ejemplo:

I am a doctor. Soy un doctor. (Se aplica como verbo ser)

I am in my house. Estoy en mi casa. (Se aplica como verbo estar)
