Install TradeLinkOne Downloader 
Step 1) Select PO(s) and click “Download” button to download the PO(s) 

 
 
Step 2) System will check the downloader’s prerequisites and perform the Downloader 
installation. Click “Install ActiveX Control” button to continue the installation

Uninstall TradeLinkOne Downloader 
To uninstall TradeLinkOne Downloader, please go to “Control Panel”, “Programs and 
Features” (for Vista) / “Add or Remove Programs” for (XP), select “TLO Web Dowloader 
1.0.0” and uninstall the entire package.

New TradeLinkOne Downloader Installation Procedure   

Step to switch back to old Downloader 
There is a setting on “My Profile” page to switch between loader versions.   “New” means 
the latest new loader and “Old” means the old loader.   This option is meant for users to 
switch back to the old loader just in case the new loader doesn’t work.   Furthermore, both 
loaders are unified and you can’t have one new loader and the other old loader 
simultaneously.   Please refer to the screen capture below for your reference.
