Job Profile: The selected candidates will join us and will undergo
probation period for the initial six months with ISR
As a part of common orientation program all campus
recruits would be;
1. a part of a detailed induction program in all three
units
2. given a related project during their training period
3. placed in any of the three Units as Management
Trainees and given a project/ assignment which is
required to be presented to the Management.
The new incumbents would be provided with excellent
growth prospects; upon successful completion of probation
period the Management Trainee will be re-designated as
Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities: Operations
• Study production, planning and control processes by
analyzing charts, records and reports to determine
requirements and to evaluate current production
estimates and outputs

• Set and monitor product standards, examine samples of

raw products during processing, to ensure finished
products are within prescribed quality parameters and
thereby result in reduced downtime.

• Play a significant role in execution of short-term/ long-

term plans, including an initiative geared toward
operational excellence.

• Be in constant touch with current market standards to

introduce cost efficiency initiatives for attaining higher
level of ROI.

• Create MIS on a timely basis to support information flow,

business process, weekly production planning and
dispatch.

• Coordinate with supply chain management

• Contribute to innovation through ideas and suggestions.

Responsibilities: Finance
• Analyze budgets, prepare periodic reports and compare
budgeted costs to actual costs.

• Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records,

financial statements, or other reports to assess accuracy,
completeness, and conformance to reporting and
procedural standards.

• Study business operations, trends, costs, revenues,

financial commitments, and obligations, to forecast future
revenues and expenses.

• Assist in computing taxes owed or overpaid, following tax

form instructions and tax tables. Consult tax law

handbooks or bulletins to determine procedures for

preparation of atypical returns. Assist in preparing simple
to complex tax returns.

• Coordinate with financial institution for raising long and

short term funds at competitive market rates.

• Participate in statutory audit and internal audit.

• Generate MIS as per required frequency.

Responsibilities: Marketing
• Manage and maintain product and data information within
company systems. Using existing databases and
technology to retrieve and refine data in support of pitch
and proposal requests.

• Conduct market research for demand of products and to

assess viability of potential new products and to measure
success of recent campaigns, maintain targets and sales
forecasts.

• Assist with building focus on both, client retention and

business growth. Explore new customers and high value
added products / markets

• Seek and analyze customer satisfaction feedback, provide

suggestion for improvements.

• Assist in developing new ideas for reaching end user

markets

• Maintain periodic and need based interactions with

various departments and customers.

Salary (Gross/ CTC): Between 5.5 – 5.75 Lacs /annum
