Tigaid 315 AC/DC

The Tigaid 315 AC/DC is a useful tool for converting MMA
machines, transformers and rectifiers for TIG applications.
Tigaid controls the supply of current, HF ignition and gas flow.
When steplessly and electronically-controlled MMA power
sources are used, it is possible to obtain current setting and
slope functions, as well as current pulsing by adding the PHA 5.

ESABMig C420 and C420s

The ESABMig C420 and C420s are step-regulated compact
power sources for MIG/MAG welding. They are designed for
heavy-duty applications. The ESABMig C420 and C420s are
35 voltage-step units. The operator can adjust wire-feed speed,
burnback time and select 2- or 4-stroke control. The ESABMig
C420s is also equipped with synergic function. As standard, it is
equipped with a V/A meter. The operator pre-selects the wire
type and diameter and the gas type. While adjusting welding
voltage, the unit indicates prospective values of welding para-
meters, material thickness and recommended inductance outlet,
which simplifies the work of the operator. Strong, galvanised
metal casing and built-in wire feeder make the units practical,
mobile solutions.

PSF 315M
• Welding torch for MIG/MAG welding in mechanised applications.
• Precision bent swan neck – easy to change gun without
recalibrating.
• Liners with controlled flexibility in both steel and Teflon – for
stable wire feeding.
• Connection for pneumatic spatter cleaning.
• Contact tip protrudes 3 mm to increase accessibility.
• Spatter protection - high temperature resistance and prevents
welding spatter from penetrating the swan neck.

MXH 400w PP
MXH 400w PP is an electric push-pull welding gun.
• Water-cooled pistol grip gun with straight and curved 45
degree swan necks.
• Allows 360 degree rotation of the curved swan neck to suit
various welding positions
• Couples with ESAB feeding mechanisms to produce a high
performance push-pull feeding system.
• Ideal for feeding aluminium and other small diameter wires
long distances.
• Wire feed speed controlled by potentiometer located in the gun
handle.

Prowelder 160
The Prowelder 160 is designed for tube-to-tube joining using the
PRB welding heads or PRH welding heads. A programmable
welding power source makes it possible to customise the weld-
ing process. The programs can be stored in the internal mem-
ory. The Prowelder 160 is equipped with an RS 232 output,
which makes it possible to use Weldoc WMS 4000 (Welding
Monitoring System). Weldoc WMS 4000 is a computer program
designed for use during welding to monitor the welding parame-
ters. Weld-protected, EMC-safe PC to be supplied by the cus-
tomer.

Delivery includes
The Prowelder 160 is supplied with 5 m of return cable and 5 m
of mains cable.

the clients' pieces.

ESAB TA 5-500: On the self-aligning TA roller beds, the roller

bogies automatically align themselves to the respective work-
piece diameter. This is an important benefit when handling big
or thin-walled vessels. Thanks to the roller bogie arrangement,
the load is distributed evenly between several rollers – an impor-
tant feature, especially with thin-walled vessels.

ESAB TNA 3-500: As far as conventional TNA roller beds go,

diameter adjustment is handled by adjusting the roller distance
with a spindle screw. TNA models are suitable for both small and
large diameters. The compact size serves as an important ben-
efit for diversified usage.
Continuous speed control facilitates the user-friendliness of the
roller beds. They are controlled through the use of a convenient
remote control unit. The versatility of these roller beds is further
enhanced by combined usage with a column and boom or any
other mechanized welding system.
The wide variety of roller beds includes suitable models acco-
modating various work piece sizes. The loading capacity ranges
from one to 500 metric tons. Special roller beds are available
with up to 1000 tons of loading capacity.
