nematodes should cover a 33X45 ft lawn. Water the
lawn for 3 hours prior to nematode application and for 3
hours following nematode application. Nematodes should
be applied in the evening or on a cloudy day.

of Nematode Insecticides

Despite claims to the contrary, overall, there are NO viable, efficacious, or eco-
nomical Green Alternatives to replace conventional pest control products.

Overall, Green Alternatives are a DI SMAL F AI LURE since they merely suppress
or inhibit pests of turf, and require an excessive number of repeat applications,
often with extremely–high–inputs of active ingredient.

On the other hand, conventional pest control products fully and effectively con-

On April 22nd, 2009, the Government of Ontario implemented legislation for the NEEDLESS,
SENSELESS, and MALICIOUS PROHIBITION against pest control products used by the Mod-
ern Professional Lawn Care Industry.

An Exception Status was provided to industries like golf, sports fields, specialty turf, for-
estry, and agriculture ― these industries employed THE VERY SAME pest control products
otherwise PROHIBITED for the Modern Professional Lawn Care Industry.

The legislation was implemented despite the fact that the PROHIBITED pest control products
were still FEDERALLY LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE, and TOTALLY IRREPLACEABLE.

Moreover, there were serious issues with the Ontario Minister of the Environment, John Ger-
retsen, who was responsible for implementing PROHIBITION. Gerretsen was INDISCREET
with his CLOSE PUBLIC ASSOCIATIONS with RADICAL and SUBVERSIVE LUNATIC–
PROHIBITION–TERRORISTS.

HORRENDOUS CARNAGE Caused by LUNATIC–PROHIBITION in Ontario

The DEVASTATION of the Professional Lawn Care Industry was EXTENSIVE because there
were NO valid economical alternatives to replace the prohibited products. VIRTUALLY ALL
Green Alternatives were almost TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE, except under very specific circum-
stances. The Green Alternatives were BOGUS. They were DISMAL FAILURES.

Consequently, Professional Lawn Care Companies were UNABLE to provide adequate weed
and insect control, and were UNABLE to keep their customers satisfied.

LOSS OF REVENUES in Ontario Caused by LUNATIC–PROHIBITION

In 2009, the Ontario Professional Lawn Care Industry lost over 300,000,000 DOLLARS.

In 2010, losses reached over 500,000,000 DOLLARS.

CUSTOMER LOSSES in Ontario Caused by LUNATIC–PROHIBITION

By 2010, 40 to 70 per cent of Professional Lawn Care customers were ANNIHILATED,

depending upon the type of company and its location.

By 2009, OVER 5,000 HAPLESS VICTIMS were UNEMPLOYED ( full time employees and
summer students ).

which at one time provided a good living and some equity for eventual sale for retire-
ment, became WORTHLESS !

Care businesses were forced to DOWN–SIZE their operations to a single truck.

Because of LUNATIC–TERRORIST–PROHIBITION, by 2010, there was a GLUT OF USED–

EQUIPMENT–FOR–SALE because of the DOWN–SIZING and EXODUS of Professional Lawn
Care businesses.

to exit from the market.

simply ABANDONED.

Force Of Nature, and its various incarnations, is the brainchild of William H. Gathercole and his colleagues. Mr. Gathercole is a principal FOUN-
DER of the Modern Professional Lawn Care Industry in BOTH Ontario and Quebec. He holds a degree in Horticulture from the UNIVERSITY OF
GUELPH, and another pure and applied science degree from McGILL UNIVERSITY. He has worked in virtually all aspects of the Green Space In-
dustry, including GOLF, PROFESSIONAL LAWN CARE, and CHEMICAL INDUSTRY, and has served in environmental compliance, government
negotiations, public affairs, and workplace safety. Mr. Gathercole has supervised, consulted, programmed, and/or overseen the successful and
safe execution of HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of pest control applications in the urban landscape. He has trained, instructed, and consulted
with THOUSANDS of turf managers and technicians. Mr. Gathercole has also been an agricultural agronomist. For many years, Mr. Gathercole
was a contributing columnist for TURF & Recreation Magazine, Canada’s Turf and Grounds Maintenance Authority.

Mr. Gathercole and his colleagues have followed the evolution of LUNATIC ENVIRONMENTAL TERRORISM for over a quarter century. For FIF-
TEEN YEARS, the strategies designed and implemented by Mr. Gathercole and his colleagues guaranteed the control of the VERMIN OF ENVI-
RONMENTAL TERROR for the entire Modern Green Space Industry across Canada. Their involvement in Environmental Issues reached a fe-
vered pitch in the 1990s, when he orchestrated, with his colleagues, legal action against the Forces of Environmental Evil in the Town of Hud-
son, Quebec.

Today, Mr. Gathercole is the ONLY TRUE RELIABLE WITNESS of the Hudson Affair. Mr. Gathercole is personally credited for crafting the Golf
