Overview
The Plan is accompanied by a state of art portfolio of spatial data:

The aerial photography covers almost the whole of Rwanda, about 26, 338 sqKm,
with low altitude digital aerial photography. Given the difficulties with permission to
fly over the border to nearby countries and the extremely difficult weather
conditions, satellite imagery will be used to cover the remaining 4% excluding Lake
Kivu south west and is about 400 sqKm and borders to DRC.
