Abstract
The project proposal is concerning the recent virus outbreak of COVID-19 in the
world. It aims to have an effective and efficient solution for easily tracking the people that
have contact with a positive COVID-19 patient.

Introduction
COVID-19 is a new infectious virus discovered as Coronavirus Disease from China.
The outbreak brings an outrageous shock to the whole world. The virus spreads easily to
countries that are frequented by tourists due to their famous landmarks. It has easily infected
people with just saliva thru coughing, talking and sneezing that spreads on things that can
be touched by anyone and be passed on to anyone. The virus was first discovered on
November 17, 2019, in the city of Wuhan in Hubei Province, China. This project proposes a
better contact tracing of people that have contacted with a patient tested positive of COVID-
19.

Statement of the Problem

On May 8, researchers G. David, R. S. Rye, and Ma. P. Agbulos underscored the
need for effective contact tracing to contain the spread of COVID-19. I quote, they will
continue to improve the contract tracing system to track those who could have been infected.
They also added that the national and local governments should hire more personnel to help
do the contact tracing more efficiently. Countries like Brunei, Laos, and East Timor have the
least new cases to none for a month. The actions that have made by their countrymen and
government are excellent.
In summary, there is a need for a better understanding of the situation, and to
formulate an effective plan. More specifically, the following research questions need to be
addressed:
1. What are the most effective plans that other countries have work?
2. How to conduct effective contact tracing?
3. Are our front liners can conduct the tracing as soon as possible?

Objectives
The objective of the current study is to provide a comprehensive review of the
literature and industry practices concerning constraint analysis and outline a conceptual
framework for effective and efficient contact tracing. Particularly, the study has the following
objectives:
1. The project aims to propose a more efficient and effective contact tracing to
speed up the monitoring of the infected.
2. It aims to help the government to have an option and basis to create a plan
soon, and;
3. To show to the individuals the hard work of our front liners.

Target group
The project is targeting the individual citizens of the country, the national and local
government, the Department of Health (DOH), and the local health volunteers.

Conclusion
At the end of the project, it is expected to properly show the process of the work. It is
expected to answer the problems mentioned in the statement of the problem. The proposer
concludes that at the end of the project, it will attract the people to consider researching
ways to help our government and front liners. The disease is unexpected and no country is
prepared for it. An individual researching is a big help for the people to understand the
situation deeply. The medical experts are doing their part as our soldiers to the disease.
Might this project help to give proper ways and methods to conduct contact tracing in the
near future.
