Breathing Statement *for the Assimilation and Expansion

of the Electronic Pattern

(Breathe in) I AM inbreathing

(Hold breath in) I AM absorbing

(Breathe out) I AM expanding

(Hold breath out) I AM projecting

...the evolution of my ever expanding and ongoing service to all

*The breathing statement should be given four times for each full
breath. On the inbreath, breath in the qualities contained within the
Flame. As you hold your breath in, absorb the qualities deep within every
part of your being. As you breathe out, expand and increase the power
and momentum of the divine qualities you are calling forth through the
power of the Holy Breath. As you hold your breath out of your body,
 project these magnificent God Qualities forth to all life. Repeat this
exercise a minimum of three full breaths.

Discourse - December 31, 2014

Beloved Co-servers of the Great Universal Presence, I AM THAT I AM,

Let me begin this morning with a question to you: “How does one come to know the true
meaning of God’s Will, and then manifest that Will dear chelas?” One can choose to bow in
humility and love before our Mother/Father God, offering to become an instrument of the
Divine but as you well know from experience, this is only the beginning of the lengthy process
beloved ones.

This sacred endeavor continues with every effort and undertaking in your life; and through
your ever-expanding insights that come to your consciousness over many lifetimes. These
insights are acquired through the constant expansion of your vision, your understanding, your
awareness, your intuition, your perception, your comprehension, your discernment, and of
course, your determination each and every day of your lives.

This same process is the manner in which those of us in the ascended realms arrived at our
current station in life, developing these same gifts and abilities. And we shall evolve
forevermore by choosing to continue expanding these skills in our ongoing service to life.

No, I cannot say that this has been an easy path, or will it become one, but once you place
your attention upon and fully immerse yourself in Divine Will, there is no reversing course. For
all that it has taken to bring you to this point in your spiritual evolution, has become an
integral part of your being and each experience can no more be removed from you, than your
knowledge, your memories or your true being.

Nevertheless, as you each well know, there are forces in the universe that will try to direct
you away from the Will of God and a chela of the Light must be ever vigilant and alert,
standing firmly in the Light of God that is eternally victorious, always remaining focused upon
your divine plan and that of the group, constantly wielding the sacred flames of protection,
purification and transmutation especially.

Take care in choosing that which you desire to give your life force - your divine energy to, for
it is a mighty tool of creation beloved ones. And when it joins with similar energies of others
you create vast ‘spirits of collective energy’ which will be sustained and remain in, on and
around the planet for many eons to come. Beloved ones, your individual energy is powerful!
Your collective energy is formidable! Consider wisely what it is you want to live forever within
Earth’s atomic structure.

This is such an important concept to fully understand especially at the beginning of any new
age. Looking back upon the first two seven year cycles of this millennia there has been much
destruction caused by humanity turning away from the divine Will of God. Because of this
devastation the planet has responded in kind with earthquakes, fires, tsunamis and hurricanes
in an attempt to rid the planet of this negativity. Do you want this to be part of this legacy? I
think not.

Many members of the Human Family have awakened and share the message of peace, love and
I AM wherever and whenever they can. However there are also those individuals who are so
pure of heart, mind and spirit, that by their silent example walk this Earth sharing their love
and wisdom. Both are equally important to the evolution of this planet as each continues
always to fulfill their divine plans. Which archetype do you exemplify?

However you choose to serve, know there shall come a time when you hear deep within, those
three sweet words that resonate to the very core of your being: “Job well done”; and then,
responding to the ‘ho’ of the spiritual caravan, march again, and again, and again as the Will of
God continues to be recognized and fulfilled by you beloved ones!

The Will of God is Love! The Will of God is Peace! The Will of God is Mastery! So be it,
beloved I AM THAT I AM. I AM your friend and your colleague of many ages past, this day,
and those timeless centuries yet to come.

Reflections:
We may not always feel peaceful, especially when we are
experiencing conflict with another person. Peace is not the
absence of conflict; it is the ability to remain centered no matter
how upsetting the situation. Peace always begins within each of
 us. When we find our peace, we can offer peaceful responses to
the world around us. We can discern and embrace the elements
of connection with others.

In present day society, though chaos and disorder are rampant, there are individuals whose
hearts have been infused with pure Divine Love and who pour forth a pure white radiance in
steady streams of Light for the benefit of the world. In numbers, they are not legion, and
their names furnish no material for newspaper headlines. Like hidden jewels in a dark place,
they shine unnoticed by the passer-by and often, even if seen, they are not recognized.

But in their silent, quiet way, through the purity of their heart; the love they have for their
fellow men and women and their desire to brighten every aspect of planetary life; they have
vastly contributed to the uplifting of humanity and ushering in the New Age of Spiritual
Freedom on the Earth.

Their silent, unobtrusive way and the steady flowing from their hearts of pure, unselfish love
has helped to awaken many who, either by ignorance or indifference, have failed to cognize
the higher values of life and the necessity of knowing that Divine Love is the cohesive power
that prompts the cosmos and our earth ever forward and it is to that power that humanity
must turn their eyes if we are ever to find peace and happiness in life.

The greatest illumination that can be given is that the Spirit of God lives
within your heart and every human heart!

The greatest wisdom that can be given is the wisdom to listen to that spirit,
and follow its guidance all the days of your life here on earth.

 Words on the Principles of a Disciple of the Holy Spirit:

As chelas may we always remember:

To be ever conscious and aspire to be the full expression of the Divine, devoting our time and
service to the first commandment: ‘do unto others as you would have them do unto you’.

To learn the lesson of harmlessness; not by word, thought, action or feeling; will we inflict
pain or discomfort upon any part of life.

To not stir a sister or a brother’s sea of emotion, thoughtlessly or deliberately. Knowing that
the storm in which we place her or his spirit will sooner or later flow back upon the banks of
our own lifestreams.

To disassociate ourselves from all personal delusion. If we are right, there is no need to claim
it. If we are wrong, we will pray for forgiveness.

To walk gently through the universe - knowing that our bodies are temples in which the Holy
Spirit dwells. Respect and honor ourselves and others. In gentle dignity we acknowledge the
great Light that shines within each human heart.

In the presence of nature, absorb the beauty and gifts of this kingdom. In gentle loving
gratitude we will do nothing that would in any way take away from this exquisite Divine gift to
the sentient beings of earth.

To only offer opinions when invited to do so, and then only after we have entered the silence
of our hearts seeking guidance. Speak only when the presence of the Divine chooses to say
something to others through us; otherwise remain peacefully silent and listen.

To make the ritual of our daily living the perfect example of Divine principles. Let our hearts
be a song of gratitude, that the most high living God has given into our keeping the spirit of
life which through us she chooses to widen the borders of her kingdom.

To be alert always to the needs of others and using our Divine gifts and talents to assist
others in recognizing their own Divine perfection.

To claim nothing for ourselves, neither power over other people, or things of the material
world but use them freely for they are given to all of humanity.

To be gentle in speech and action, always centered in the dignity that accompanies the
Presence of the Divine that lives within each one of us.
To let our watchwords be gentleness, humility and loving service. We like the sun in the
heavens, are eternally vigilant and continuously pouring forth our gifts and blessings so
lovingly given into our keeping for those around us.
