With the intention to educate and train RCYs in order to be

importance of awareness in HIV-AIDS and Substance Abuse to

propose health and wellness among the youths, help them gain self-
discipline and inspire them to be engage into various activities of
the Red Cross.

III. OBJECTIVES :

General:
• At the end of the activity, the Youth Peer Educators Club
will put into the practice the principles and values of self-
motivated leadership and demonstrate their skills in educating
other youths when conducting YVOC, HAPE, and SAPE to
different schools and universities in terms of promotion of
humanitarian fortitude and also, health and wellness.

Specific:
• To serve as an avenue for the development of skills in
decision- making, communication, socialization, and also to
shape the character and strengthen the Red Cross Youths to
become active, dedicated, efficient and effective leaders as well
as educators.

• To attain and share knowledge to other youths the

humanitarian values of Red Cross to help them fulfill their duties
and responsibilities as Red Cross youth volunteers.

• And, to have self- awareness in HIV-AIDS and Substance

 • To promote dynamic working relation among RCY for possible
future undertaking, thus, strengthening the sense of camaraderie
among the RCY in Albay;
