APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO GRADUATE PROGRAMMES BY COURSEWORK & DISSERTATION

ACADEMIC YEAR 2010-2011

1. Please note that each application must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of S$21.40 per programme applied. Applications without application fee will not be processed.

2. Payment may be made by the following mode(s):

a) Payment by cheque/bankdraft

If you are paying by cheque or bankdraft, please make your cheque/bankdraft payable to 'Nanyang Technological University' in Singapore dollars and write your application number, name, address, contact number and programme applied for on the reverse side of the cheque/bankdraft. Attach your cheque/bankdraft with the Acknowledgement Slip, application form and required supporting documents and submit to the following address by the stipulated deadline :

Cheques that are not made payable to 'Nanyang Technological University' in Singapore dollars will not be accepted, and such applications will be deemed invalid and will not be processed. No further notifications will be sent to these applicants.

b) Payment by DBS/POSB ATM

To pay through DBS/POSB ATM, please follow the steps below. Please proceed to print the completed application form and acknowledgement slip and submit with the required supporting documents to the above address by the stipulated deadline.

1. Insert DBS/POSB ATM card in card slot

2. Enter personal PIN number

3. Select "IBanking, Cashcard & More Services" option

4. Then select "Credit Card/Bill Payment" option

5. In the list of corporations listed, select "NTU APPLICATION FEE" for payment of bill

6. At "Enter Bill Reference No.", enter ATM Bill reference number (indicated at the top of the completed application form) and press ENTER key to proceed

7. Select account type to debit

8. Enter amount (S$21.40) and select Correct to proceed

9. Check your payment details and select Confirm to proceed with the transaction

10. Please keep your transaction receipt for future reference

c) Payment via Internet

If you wish to pay by Internet Payment (VISA/Master Card), please click the link "Internet Payment (VISA/Master Card)" below. After you have made the Internet Payment, please proceed to print the completed application form and acknowledgement slip and submit with the required supporting documents to the above address by the stipulated deadline.

Internet payment MUST be made by the deadline for submission of documents. Payment made after the deadline will not be accepted and there will NOT be a refund of the payment made. Such applications will be deemed invalid and will not be processed.
