About Organization: A Lucknow Based registered non-government organization working on a non-
profit basis for the benefit of small scale workers involved in khadi production.
The NGO Massively encourages the local population for the use of khadi based
products thereby helping the Indian nation in reducing the overall cost to imports.
Position: Assistant Manager[full time]
Key contribution:
• Assisted the NGO chief manager in organizing a major health campaign targeted towards the
physical health benefits of Khadi workers.
• Coordinated with local municipal authorities and gained necessary approvals required for the
successful conduct of the health camp.
Achievements:
• Understood the underlying relationship between “need” and “want” in a region where 35% of
the population lies below poverty line.
• Experienced the Need of Corporate socio responsibility in today’s world.

About Organization: The INDIA HABITAT CENTRE is a autonomous Delhi government institution

building center which was conceived to provide a physical environment which

would serve as a catalyst for a synergetic relationship between individuals and
institutions working in diverse habitat related areas and therefore, maximize their
total effectiveness. To facilitate this interaction, the Centre provides a range of

Position: Trainee[full time]
Key Assignments: The training was divided into 2 major modules. The first module dealt with
working along with the technical team in finding a reason and an appropriate
solution to the cracks developed in the auditorium roof. The second module dealt
with assisting the chief engineer with estimation of the time and work force
requirement for a proposed tiling work in the water supply and fire hydrant
section of the building.
Key Learning’s: The Training was an invaluable experience in working as a team in an
organization with strict and specified protocols. Workmen supervision period of
training also helped me understand a underlying relationship between human
psychology and leadership.

Achievement Appreciated by higher government authorities for my technical knowledge base,

continuous learning ability and was honored for the same.

Key Assignments: The survey camp mainly involved leading a team of 7 individuals across the
assigned work of surveying and plotting of 2 acres of constructed land at GITAM
University, Rushikonda campus.

Key Learning’s: The camp helped me gain a fresh hand experience to knowledge application and
leadership, and helped me learn how to make Quick decisions under pressured
circumstances.

Achievement The final plot work was appreciated by the department head and the camp in-
charge.
