the Office of the Local Civil Registrar of Jasaan, Misamis Oriental.
Petitioner alleged that she was born as a Female on April 7,
1985 at Jampason, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental; that unfortunately, the
entry as to the SEX, it was erroneously entered as MALE instead of
FEMALE; that she is of a Female gender from birth and medically
confirmed as such per Medical Certificate issued in her favor by a
government physician. She likewise prays for the correction of the
spelling of her mother’s name from “Marjore” to “MARJORIE”.
Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, the
same is set for hearing on March 14, 2011, at 8:30 o’clock in the
morning at the session hall of this Court, hereby requiring all persons
interested to appear at said place and such date and show cause
why the petition should not be granted.
At the expense of the petitioner, let copy of this order be published
once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of gen-
eral circulation in the City of Cagayan de Oro and in the Province of
Misamis Oriental.
