Java/J2EE developers, UI designers and engineers, sales engineers, client services

9/2004 – 6/2006 SuccessFactors. San Mateo. Web Application. Recruited large
professional services team for implementation of HR software for large and small
scale projects across the US. Recruited VP of Professional Services, Practice
Lead/East Coast, several project managers and professional services consultants,
tech writers, webmaster, field marketing, customer support, lead gen, receptionist,
product managers, product marketing manager, web developer, for this ASP of
workforce performance management tools.

Recruited, trained and managed 12 Lead Development positions. Product is an
interactive neighborhood website sponsored by real estate agents. Recruiting and
training inside sales persons to make lead development calls. Recruited 50 Inside
Sales for the parent company, Reply, Inc., an online lead generation tool for the
real estate industry.

2003/2004 FormFactor, (Retained). Sr. Director Product Marketing DRAM,


Principal PhD Metallurgist, Principal Microsassembly, PhD, Principal Test
Engineer, Principal Mechanical Design Engineer, Principal Supplier QA. Form
Factor is a back end semiconductor test company, product is a wafer probe card.
Positions are highly scientific in nature, involving metrology, metallurgy and
alloys, electromechanical assemblies and components, ceramics, etc. Most
positions require PhDs.

2002/2003/2004 Vernier Networks, (Contract Recruiting), Wireless Networking

software contractors, front-end and back end enterprise software engineers for
web based contracts management software.

9/01 to 5/02 iReady Corporation. (On-site Recruiter), Semiconductor, Santa Clara,


CA Participated in the VP Engineering search, Director of ASIC Design, Director
of Verification . Project managed and recruited 18 ASIC, Software and Hardware
engineers for TCP/IP on a chip startup in Santa Clara. This project included
research, developing job descriptions, Brass Ring events, outplacement job fairs.

6//01 to 10/01 Intel, Semiconductor, Key positions for the network processor
group of Intel in Hudson, MA and Santa Clara, CA; ASIC and VLSI, analog I/O,
and circuit design engineers.

1/01 to 6/01 ON Semiconductor, (On-site Recruiter) Cupertino,CA. Recruited the


Design Center Director, the Director of Applications Engineering, and the high-
speed mixed-signal, analog and digital IC design engineering team for broadband
communications division. This project included many recruiting events with Brass
Ring (3 events at the Santa Clara Convention Center) a recruiting booth at
Networld-Interop, hosting a dinner event at the Tech Museum in San Jose and a
Gordon Biersch pub event. The position had overall responsibility for all staffing
activities for the Cupertino Design Center, including compensation analysis,
responsibility for recommendations of appropriate offers, and implementing
recruitment and staffing strategies.
