USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm, based on FOB Plant negotiated
prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21 days and on average industry
cutting yields. Values reflect U.S. dollars per 100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on fairly good demand and moderate to heavy
offerings. Select and Choice rib, chuck, round and loin cuts steady to weak,
while ground beef lower. Beef trimmings generally steady on light to moderate
demand and offerings.
