Minimum BTS Power. The nominal power of the Transmitter (TX) is less than the
minimum power of the BTS.
BTSPWR
BTS Power. Within minimum and maximum power limits of the TX, but a value not
allowed by the BTS
BTSXRANGE
Extended range is not supported by the Timeslot (TS)
