MAIN PROJECT:
TITLE: Power Flow Control with UPFC in Power Transmission System.
OBJECTIVE:
The aim of the project is to develop a control strategy for UPFC, modeling UPFC using
MATLAB/SIMULINK and to analyze the control strategy to use the series voltage injection and
shunt current injection for UPFC control. In this project the performance of unified power flow
controller is investigated in controlling the flow of power over the transmission line.
Role : Team Leader.

MINI PROJECT:
TITLE: Pc based grid control system.
OBJECTIVE:
This project describes a new economical solution of grid/power control systems. The
presented grid control system can be used for different sophisticated control applications. The
control system consists of a PC, a microcontroller that collects data from the PC and controls the
relays/switches. The system uses a compact circuitry build around flash version of AT89S52
microcontroller with a non volatile memory.
Programs are developed using Embedded C, compiled using RIDE tool. ISP is used to
dump the code into microcontroller.
Role : Team Leader.
