There were no deviation on function and technical aspects. I


was understanding the modules to ensure the same.

At the start of the activity, guidelines to be followed for that


activity was communicated to the reportees to follow the
same, during the course of the activity.

Effective review were done to ensure quality delivery.

Feedback was provided to the reportees on periodic basis, for


them to be aware of the mistakes.

Also, at the end of each Milestone, learnings were captured


and discussed with the reportees to ensure non-repetition of
the same in the next milestone.

Post review comments incorporation, follow-up on the rework


done, was taken up, where-ever needed.

All the above helped the reportees to have less rework efforts
and to make first time correct delivery.

The involvement of external reviewers was removed as our


team managed to complete the review work within ourselves.

Also, where-ever possible, review of work of other leads(Ekta)


and other teams (System Test by Ravi C S) was done as well.

Constantly provided suggestions to the supervisor regarding


process improvements (moving out the shared docs to a
desktop, re-organization of shared folders in the desktop,
Central point of contact for IMG)

All the above resolved some of the issues which team


members were facing and helped them in day-to-day work.

Participated in the Telecons with all the data points and


provided inputs for the status reports, as per need.

Since this was a new domain, when-ever, spent time in


understanding the technology and about the project
I was able to understand the requirements, provide
guidance/support to the team members, whenever needed.

Participated in T-cons/discussions related to ECAM, BITE,


LPG-CSS and provided suggestions/clarifications, as needed
Ensured that all the requirements as provided by the customer
were covered and positive/negative test scenarios were test
documented and test scripted

Participated in project planning, provided suggestions in


effective planning.
Tracked the daily work by the reportees and initiated
alternatives/reschedule of the plan, whenever there was a
possiblilty of schedule slippage.
Whereever possible, the issues were resolved by myself.
Incase I was held up with priority work/was unaware of the
technology used, I was able to identify the correct resource to
be approached and get the blockages out-of-way.
Any issues, in terms of schedule slippage, enivironmental
issues where identified and whereever possible, the solutions
were provided as well.

The project related and people related issues were resovled


and the same was informed to the manager for his reference.
During release related activities, the CM related guidelines
were adhered to (in terms of assigning label, checkout/checkin
etc…)
Conducted weekly meetings with team members. Issues
raised during the meetings were resolved. Guidelines were
given, whereever possible/needed.

At the end of each Milestone, verified that the all the


requirements of that milestone were indeed taken into account
during the Milestone.
Ensured that, the reportees adhere to the guidelines provided,
as mentioned in Objective-1

Set up the guidelines across the team to be used during Test


case design phase, Test procedure development phase.

Also, set up the guidelines to be followed (in terms of


understanding the various docs. To be read), while performing
in a particular activity.

Also, set up the guidlines for Email communication, norms to


be followed for day-to-day work
Suggested a lot of improvements that could have been
implemented in day-to-day work. Where-ever possible,
initiated and completed the initiatives.

Checklists were used to track the verification activity


Guidelines were provided and ensured the implemention of
same, as described in Objective-1

Guidelines were provided. In weekly meetings, had


discussions regarding project related topics to create general
awareness among the reportees, regarding the project

Provided techincal guidance regarding support tools used and


clarified the doubts regarding the same.

All the necessary details as needed by the verification team


was provided. Had a offline meeting with the verification lead
to understand the requirements related to verification process
and communicated the same, to the entire team to avoid
deviation from the same.
I was able to do the verification for modules handled by other
leads(GAL:Ekta) and for other projects (ECAM:System
Testing)
Checklists were used to track the verification activity
All the verification activities were completed in time, before the
delivery.
Provided support to the reportees in the following aspects:

Provided guidance about SCM and signifcance of the same

Provided guidance about Email Etiquette and ensure that the


same was followed consequently. This helped in better co-
ordination and communication in the team.

Provided guidance about Unix/Linux commands to the team.


This would help them during execution phase on TestRig

During work-allocation, ensured that all the team members


were evenly loaded.

Post-review, the helped the team members, by incorporting


the review comments online. This helped them, in sharing
their load.

Appreciated the good work done by the reportees and the


same was communicated to the manager as well. Also, taken
into account, the aspirations of such team members, who
show pro-active interest wrt the project. This helped those
team members to be encouraged and motivated.

When a new member joined the team, provided him guidance


regarding the project, activity and norms followed in the team.
This helped the team member to get trained quickly and start-
off with the work

The team members were constantly updated regarding their


work. The positives and improvement areas for each team
member was communicated and provided assitance, as per
their requirement.

The learnings during different phases of the activity were also


captured, discussed and efforts were put, to ensure the same
mistakes were not repeated.

Identified the various experts across various Airbus projects


and helped the team members in interacting with the
consultants on the need basis.

Identified and took-up some of the technical trainings needed


to the reportees and the team (SCM training to the reportees
and UNIX training to the entire team)
Understood about A380 project, the modules involved, RT
Tool, Test Bed, usage of Doors, delivery process involved,
usage of SCM Tool

The knowledge was shared across the team members and


held discussions to have a common understanding regarding
the same.

Had trainings for the team on SCM tool usage in the IT


industry and topics related to UNIX to the entire team.

During the initial phases of the project, helped in recruitment


process as well. There were no major comments during the
Verification activity
