Abstract: This article aims to discuss the importance of effective deployment and use of toy libraries
in the hospital, explaining that among the performances of Psychomotrician is the coordination of
educational practices in these alternative environments for informal occasions. Using the methodology
of the research literature, basing on authors like De Meur, A. Staes (1984), Fonseca (1996), Le Boulch
(1998), Mello (2006), La Pierre (2007). It is believed that the psychomotor favors a relationship to the
child herself, with others and the world around it, enabling a better understanding of your body and its
possibilities and in the hospital where he is emotionally and physically shaken, she only have to
contribute their self-esteem and encourage the restoration of his health.
