 CURRICULUM VITAE.

2008 ± 2010

On 30th June 2008 I was employed by Magenta Estate Agents in

Irthlingborough to carry out sales negotiating within the office. This required
me to register new clients on our data base using dezrez.

Having been employed by Magenta for a few months I then set up a

Lettings department within the company with the help of my manager, I was
then appointed the role of Lettings Manager. This again involved updating
new potential tenants on a regular basis, valuing rental properties and
liaising with Landlords direct. I was also required to market them on
rightmove and create window cards for the office. I would then carry out a
full written and photographic inventory/schedule, and also to prepare
Tenancy Agreements etc for our future tenants.

The reason for leaving this position was due to being made redundant in
September 2010.

I would like to add that on the 7th July 2010, I had major surgery in which I
was still recovering from to this day. I was told by my consultant at the time
that I needed to rest to recover from the surgery properly. In this time I was
made redundant and now feel that I am ready and able to start looking for
work again.

2007 ± 2008

I was employed as a Letting Agent at Mike Neville Estate Agents in

Rushden. This involved a vast amount of customer service and telephone
negotiations. I was required to liaise with customers and Landlords alike on
a daily basis, problem solving and arranging for client viewings using our
system called Proman. I had to prepare Tenancy Agreements and Property
Schedules, and any additional paper work as required in connection with
this. I was required to handle money in the form of rents and deposits and
account for this accordingly.

The reason for leaving this position was due to covering maternity leave.

2003 ± 2005

Nettos Stores (Pecks Butchers) Rushden

I was employed in the butchery department for two years, this involved
basic butchery and serving customers. I had all relevant basic food and
hygiene certificates at the time.

The reason for leaving this company ± more hours and better prospects.

Before this time, I stayed at home to look after my two children while they
were young. And the only employment I was able to undertake , was within
a school kitchen as it coincided with my child care commitments.

I left school at 16 years of age, with a solid and basic level of education.
