“If I saw something wrong
with a patient’s eye that
required a retina special-
ist, I would have had to send
him to Manhattan,” said Dr.
Terraciano. “It can be very dif-
ficult for our elderly patients
with poor vision to go into
Manhattan.”

Dr. Terraciano has strong
