O calço ajusta o tempo da bomba de injeção de combustível. Um calço mais grosso retarda o
tempo. Ummais fino
calçoavança o tempo. O tempo muda um grau para cada 0,10 mm (0,004 polegada) de
diferença na espessura do calço. Mais de um calço pode ser usado. Se a bomba de injeção de
combustível for reinstalada, um novo calço, com a mesma espessura do calço original, deverá
ser instalado.

Observação: A entrada de combustível para a escorva de combustível pode ser girada 360
graus. A entrada de combustível é ajustável em incrementos de 15 graus.
Nota: O flange da bomba de escorva de combustível tem dois conjuntos de furos de
localização. Isso permite que a bomba de escorva de combustível seja montada em quatro
posições para a conexão de saída.

(1) The chamber that is on the top of the piston must


face the right side of the engine.
The pistons and connecting rods are matched to each cylinder. Note the position of
each connecting rod and piston for correct assembly.
(2) The Shibaura” name that is on the inside of the
piston must align with the stamped number on the connecting rod.
Identification marks (5) on the connecting rod and on the connecting rod cap must be
matched and aligned. When the connecting rod is installed correctly, the marks should
face the right side of the engine.
