Eu trabalho
He/she/it works.
Ele/Ela/isto trabalha.
You/we/they work
Observe mais uma vez, que para todas as formas (I, you, we, they) é
simplesmente usado a forma base do verbo, e apenas as formas he,she e
it requerem que seja adicionado um –s .
b) verbos go e do

regular.
d) verbo to have
A exceção final é o verbo to have, que se transforma em has na
terceira pessoa do Presente e no Present Perfect.
Verbo – becomes

I – sujeito
study – verbo
He – sujeito

We - sujeito

The nation had few taxes in its early history. From 1791 to 1802, the
United States government was supported by internal taxes on distilled
spirits, carriages, refined sugar, tobacco and snuff, property sold at

In 1862, in order to support the Civil War effort, Congress enacted the

excise taxes were added, and an "inheritance" tax also made its debut.
