ATTORNEY PROFILE

Brian Thomas Pugh graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1996 with a
Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice. He graduated from the University of Alabama School
of Law in 1999. Brian has been practicing in southern Alabama for ten years. He has
continued to build his practice and he has served an impressive list of clientele. Brian is
rated "BV® Distinguished™” by his peers and the Martindale-Hubbell rating service. This
is the highest rating possible at this stage of his career.

While clerking for a Circuit Court Judge in Mobile County, Alabama Brian studied for
and passed the Alabama Bar Exam on his first attempt. Shortly thereafter he served as
the assistant to the Special Master for the Fen-Phen diet drug docket for several
months.

In October 2000 Brian began practicing with the prestigious firm of Hamilton, Butler,
Riddick, Tarlton & Sullivan, P.C. Hamilton, Butler is the oldest firm in the State of
Alabama. During his time at Hamilton, Butler, Brian had the opportunity to work on a
variety of different types of civil litigation and to learn from and work with excellent senior
partners. Together they represented clients that included individuals, local businesses,
several large insurance companies, national companies and international companies.
While at Hamilton, Butler, he also learned the value of working with co-counsel locally and nationally to serve larger clients efficiently and effectively.

Brian left Hamilton, Butler in October 2007 to pursue an opportunity to serve as Counsel and Vice President of Administration for a national general
contractor. Although he and the contractor both experienced great successes over the next year he decided to return to private practice in October 2008.
However, he had gained a great deal of knowledge about and insight into business management and construction litigation during this intense tenure.
Additionally, he maintains a great relationship with the contractor who is still a client.

Upon his return to private practice, Brian worked with the well-respected firm of Satterwhite & Erwin, L.L.C. While there he represented Mobile County,
insurance companies, contractors, retailers and individuals.

Brian Pugh formed The Pugh Law Firm, L.L.C. in November 2010. Brian is licensed to practice before all Alabama state courts. He is also admitted to
practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, the United
States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. Brian has contacts with
excellent lawyers admitted to practice in other jurisdictions and can recommend them to clients or serve with them as co-counsel as dictated by the case
and the needs of the client.

He is grateful for, and humbled by, the overwhelming support for The Pugh Law Firm, L.L.C. from his family, clients, colleagues and friends.

The Alabama Rules of Professional Conduct require the following statement: "No representation is made that the quality of the legal services to be performed is greater than the quality of legal
services performed by other lawyers."
